Not really Christmas, but in the last 2 weeks I have acquired a new Scanner, to scan film, and a set of Elinchrom D-Lite 4's
So have pretty well all things considered
I'm waiting for my 400/2.8 to arrive, but it didn't get here in time for Santa to drop it under the tree
I'm probably getting a Wacom graphics tablet...just have to decide which one: Intuos 4 small, Bamboo Pen & Touch small, or Bamboo Fun medium.
Santa was good to me this year.I got a full portable studio lighting kit and i think my daughter is sick of me taking pictures now lol.
steve.
Mine came early - Canon 1D MkIV body.

A heap of small cheap things to play with, grey cards, reflectors, cheap filters, extension tubes, and the best bit is a Wacom tablet....now time to learn how to use it!
manfotto tripod and a 24inch led monitor...
Got a 16Gb CF card from my sister, but shouted myself to an SB900, batteries, charger and a reflector...wasn't getting much else for Christmas (besides tools) so decided to get something fun.

Mrs Claus and lil' missy Claus bought Santa a Sigma APO 70-300mm DG 1:4-5.6 Telephoto/Macro switchable lens! Woohoo! Came via courier on Christmas Eve, just in time to go under the tree! Should provide some added versatility to the Blue 52/2011 challenge!

I am still deciding on my pressie, either the Sigma 50-500mm F4.5-6.3 APO DG OS or 150-500mm F5-6.3 APO DG OS HSM there is about a 1k price difference so not sure which yet.
I've ordered a Siggy 150-500; I should have it by Wed.
Just as well ... he might have broken it! I'd rather he put it down nice and gently.
I got a studio backdrop setup ....... my wife hates it - she'd have been happier if I'd bought a new lens that would have just gone into a bag somewhere rather than taking up half the room!.
Santa was kind. Got a new tripod and also a tamron 17-50mm 2.8 lens which should arrive on Tuesday!
Santa was good to all of us wrt cameras this year... A 2 reel 35mm developing tank and a second hand D70 for me, a micro 4/3 9-18mm lens for my girlfriend, a 1000D single lens kit for her sister and a 2x teleconverter for their mum.... Now I just need a flash for the F5 and a wide lens...
