Well at least all of them are offering some money - better than expecting if for free (no sarcasm intended btw), as I've seen adverts for photographers required where the client expects the tog to do the work, provide the work, and then give over the images, and its generally implied that this would be a good move on the photographers part as it "could lead to more work".
As I said no sarcasm intended, but I find it odd that on one hand you're highlighting low rates and misconceptions, while on the other hand suggesting virtually the same approach as the work for free concept
