Loving the new noise reduction. Fixes my biggest issue with LR3, before, it was sharpening the monochromatic noise, now I can reduce that and my photos look sooooo much better at full zoom.
(never used LR2 though, so can't compare to that. Figured it was better to wait until LR3 is released before buying it).

I'm still using LR1.4.
