I just arrived home from a total knee replacement, so if I MISSED any feedback etc, I will try to catch up.
Welcome back, Hope it went well and with some physio you are back to chasing bugs in the yard, birds in the park and climbing sand-dunes at dawn or dusk real soon.

Hope knee is doing well and doesn't make you too grumpy........You will have to take your photo's from shoulder level for a while.....
All is well so far, I did not know pain levels went that high. Still have weeks before I get back outside, may used the time to experiment.
Make sure to do all the stuff the physios tell you to do. My old man didn't and never quite recovered.
Short term pain, long term gain.
