I wouldn't sweat about it. In terms of IQ & ISO performance, its really got nothing significant over your D5500.
Same processor, and rumours are the D7200 has the same Sony sensor as the D5500.
D5500 you have the nice flippy screen, lighter, and I'd wager nobody can pick any difference in IQ.

I was considering picking up a D7200.. But the articulating screen on the 5500 also caught my eye.
I had the D5200 and upgraded to the D7200, Nice Camera but I do miss that flippy screen, came in handy on many occasion, especially at sporting events when crowds are a problem.
Bought the D7200 and kept the D5100. Somehow I prefer to use the D7200 more as I like the way I can change settings quickly. Having 2 SD card slots helps as I mainly shoot in RAW
