I didn't follow the horses much, but did get a few of the final race. The Cooktown Cup was won by "Turn up the volume" ridden by Sonja Wiseman (both pictured)

Glad you like them Mary Anne I don't gamble or follow the horses, but was a great place for willing participants for me to practice some portraiture shots
