There used to be a company here that did it, but they stopped a few years ago now : http://khromagery.com.au/index.html but they did my IR conversion camera (A Canon)

But they may know who can do it, if you call them

From Iceinspace (http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=74555&highlight=filter+replacement) where the same question was asked, it seems that Peter Tan (http://www.tan14.com/gears.htmy) in Hong King does them and one user reported that Unique Camera Repairs at West Pennant Hills in Sydney did a couple for him in April Last year. Depending on what your aims are e.g. astrophotography etc there are replacement filters available, if you simply remove the filter and don't replace there are focus issues.

This crowd do it.

They also replace damaged AA Filters with standard manufacturers' filters. I have used them for the latter and another club member has had his 10D converted by them.
