need some help

Hi this is Darrin, I've been a member for a while but just haven't had the time to use the site.
Can someone please help me with why my photos never seem to be focused properly. I use a Canon 7D & Canon 100-400L IS, 70-200L IS.

Shutter speed, ISO and focal length (hint) are things that you can learn about on AP.
