New member introducing myself

Hi from Lake Macquarie NSW, I'm a novice level photographer although at age 51 I have obviously used a few cameras. I use my current camera for work in industry at times so got a Canon 60D which I'm stoked about. It's by far the best camera I've owned and I'm probably using about 1% of its features and capacity. Have just started buying a few photography magazines, checking out iStock Photos for inspiration etc. I mainly enjoy landscapes and family photos but am open and keen to learn about any area of photography. I think I've also just decided it's a hobby for me, not just something to do once in a blue moon.
