Me too - reinstating myself that is!

Hi all, I've been away from the website and (to a lesser extent my camera) for a while, and I think now's the time to reinstate myself on the site. I was away overseas for a couple of months - I took my D7000 and really learned a lot about my photographic ability (or more accurately - my lack of ability). But at least the camera wasn't stuck on auto, and I did manage to get a few shots that I think were okay. Glad to be back, and I hope to learn more about the wonderful art of photography. Yes me as well. Sometimes I find I just need to put it down and smell the roses instead of taking them :).

Thanks for the encouragement - I'll put up a couple of shots that I took when I was away, they're really just 'happy snaps', but what the heck, I'll give them a go. Cheers! :th3:
