Hi,
I've joined here on the recommendation from a friend as a great place to learn more about photography.
I've no doubt compared to some in here I'm a new comer to photos but I'm keen to learn.
I live in Canberra, have both a Canon and a Nikon (although the Canon is going soon)
I love to shoot the arts. Be it bands, dancers, singers, musos or theatre.
So hi, look forward to some good discussions.

G'day Mark, pull up a stump and join in.

You will only get out of this forum what you put in, so the more you play, the more you will learn.
Hope to see some of you images soon

So you like Marks jersey, and you're ditching the Cannon.:eek:mmmmmmm:D:D
At least you've found a good forum to be part of and Mark is a good name.:)
Welcome aboard.

I'm not a brand person. I had a sony before the canon. The new nikon just really suits my type of photography, so that's what I got.
Now I've just got to pay the bugger off. :D
And as for the jersey, there's nothing wrong with six in a row! ;)

Hello Mark and Welcome to AP..
Interesting Gallery easy to see you are no beginner to Photography
Its so good to settle on one camera that really suits your needs though.. :th3:

Thanks Mary Anne.
To be honest, I've been blown away by the new camera and lenses. Such beautiful image quality and having about four stops of usable light from excellent ISO/low noise and more headroom from the 2.8 lens, I'm laughing. Pubs and clubs no longer lead me to curse the lighting guy. :)
