With his comment that "every still photographer can use this" I assume that the Ipad supports the ability to view raw files? :confused013

This can be used without "jaibreaking" your Ipad. If you carry a carry a portable "wifi" device, and use shutter snitch, you can achieve the same outsome. Very handy.
Don't think that the ipad supports "raw", but I may be wrong.

That clears that up and shows my lack of knowledge of the Ipad. :D

It therefore is a truly lovely piece of technology then.

Due to the transfer speed, I wouldn't sync the raw files anyway, but instead shoot raw and jpg. Get the jpg close to right in camera, sync that and then use the raw file later for final processing. But yes, it is quite an interesting little tip.

$20 for this and $20 for that. $800 for this widget, and $200 for that wodjit! ... by the time you've added up all the money spent, delivery fees, GST, other import duties and pending carbon taxes ... you could have paid off Italy's sovereign debt crisis! :p
