I've heard the Think tank Airport International 2.0 is good for travelling, though difficult to sight one and importing from the USA is a killer on the postage angle. Also, not really a backpack for hiking with.
Interested to draw on other experiences in helping reach a decision.
Keen to also carry a 70-200mm hoods in all, one body, a flash, maybe a 50mm, and assorted batteries, cards etc
