Health warning

Hey guys this is totally unrelated to photography but I was prompted by my doctor to have a skin check so I booked into the skin clinic for a check last week.
Long story short they found a melanoma on my back and I couldn’t feel or see it.
Had it cut out this morning.
Please do your self and loved ones a favour and go and have a skin check it could literally save your life.

i get checked every 6 months. i'm prone to bcc (basal cell cancers) cancers

Yep, I go to the skin specialist about once a year, sometimes a bit longer, because he says I'm
still the same as last time. But he said we're not experts and it's good to be cautious, and any
newly noted spot gets a look at from him. But then he says I've got a much greater chance of
being killed by a falling duck from the sky than by such as melanomas. (Made me :lol:)

But that clearly accounts or the paucity of bird shots by me on the forum - Anatesphobia :eek:
