Many of you may remember Nik Software and how it changed ownership a few times. Whilst it was in the hands of Google, they grabbed the code behind it and created the app Snapseed.

Snapseed is a much more powerful photo editing app than most people realise. There is a guy on youtube who creates tutorials on how to make the most of Snapseed to edit photos on your mobile or tablet.

If you are interested in mobile phone photography and want to up your editing game on your device, Snapseed and these videos are a good place to start.

Thanks. It looks like a pretty powerful program, but there's a lot of work involved in going from a
mainly Mordor shot to a Rivendell one.

I reckon it would be too pokey to do on a phone, and I guess he used a tablet.

Been using it for a while and it works well for large edits (global). Has limits with finger size for some applications but generally my go to editor.

Out and about yesterday on the mobile.
