I would like to give LumeCube a mention for exceptional customer service.
I have been using 3 LumeCubes for quite a while, actually many years and recently one started showing signs that the battery was failing.
I contacted them and asked if I could purchase a replacement battery they asked me to send them a video of what was happening with the faulty cube which I did.
They replied that they were going to send me a replacement cube free of charge which blew me away.
The new cube arrived today 6 days later.
I have never come across such exceptional customer service and would like to thank them publicly.
