They are not very good.. you can see there originating email addresses. Any decent spammer would spoof you with at least a decent fake address that give the impression they were from UPS.

Funnily - Who's laughing? - I only get this sort of carp in my Optus email account, and hardly
any in 2 Yahoos and 1 Gmail. So at least they're doing a good job catching them, as they all
end up in the SPAM tin.

Hmm! AP and DPR mostly; the odd Wikipedia search and a couple of strays from there...
Also have 2 x ad-blockers and as much "do not detect" settings as I can find in FFox.

I think once they* have your email address...
