Hi All

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for sourcing photo paper for my new Canon Pixma Pro-100s. I was planning to at least start off with Canon paper till I get the hang of things but after a fair amount of research am finding that the pickings seem pretty slim in Oz. I'm not a fan of gloss prints and would prefer a lustre/semi gloss and don't want a large quantity (ie $$$) till I am able to settle on what I like through experience. I'm looking for A4 and A3+ but even the Canon shop seems to be out of stock of some of the range. Starting to get the impression that I need to visit Donald Trump if I want to access a decent range of basic papers at a reasonable price.
Is there a secret I'm missing or is it a case of it is what it is in our small isolated market place. (I don't really want to test the CFO's patience again so soon after acquiring the hardware, her suggestion is that I should visit the Salvo's shop)

Regards
Kevin

Kevin, I like Ilford Smooth Pearl and Ilford Smooth Gloss in my Epson R3880. Ilford papers have downloadable profiles available from Ilford. Excellent colour fastness with my Epson printer.

I agree with John, Ilford make some great papers and they are easily and readily available. Most officeworks stores stock them: https://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/SearchDisplay?searchTerm=ilford&storeId=10151&langId=-1&pageSize=24&beginIndex=0&sType=SimpleSearch&resultCatEntryType=2&showResultsPage=true&searchSource=Q&pageView=
