Ttile should read monkey failed to sue photographer!

PETA are a bunch of peanuts .. and should be sued for all they have!
This stupidity has done no one any good, and just cost the bloke a ton of money.

But the 'tog was sued by a monkey. I saw a picture of it: there was the judge, the photographer's lawyer, and three monkeys in suits appearing for PETA.
