Anyone tried Cutout 5 Plugin?

Has anyone used/tried Cutout. One of my biggest challenges with PS is making accurate selections. Cutout 5 claims to make this job easier and is on special for $24.95. I was wondering if its worth it?

Haven't tried it nor is it a lot of money, but I did watch this the other day :url: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=33tz2Xszil0) But, I'm guessing their product is not as time consuming :D
