Also interesting to note that the speed of the shutter, from 1/1000th to 1/8000th appears to be the same, it's just the gap between the 1st & 2nd curtain that changes.

Not a slo-mo guys junkie, I only found them on youtube a couple of days ago and looked a few things that were interesting from a photographic point of view.

I think this is a video every DSLR owner should watch, particularly if trying to take flash. It makes sense of the terms first and second curtain. Thanks!
