I have just bought this book 2nd hand from a local and I got it cheaper that I could have got it on ebay.
Plus I got it when I paid for it unlike ebay also.
So there is a lot to say about these facebook selling pages to your own location.
I got
Photographic Field Guide: Birds Of Australia By Jim Flegg 2nd edition.
This book is what I had before but lost it somewhere so I bout another which isn't too good.

And I wanted this one again. Pleased to say I have used it 2 time today and that makes me happy.
Not too sure on how many editions there are but I would say its a good book.

Yer it is a good book as the pictures are real photo's so it is better in my mind than a drawing.

Good on you..Nothing like having a favourite Bird ID book mine is starting to wear a bit now.
I see they have that one at our Big Shopping Centre QBD book shop I will try to remember to have a look at it seeing it has photo's of the Birds.

Today we have got our Granddaughters here for the day.
The wife asked the eldest one if she has seen the book which I have just bought.
Well she said she had but it wasn't the book I let her take to school.

Yesterday the wife said she was going to turn the house upside down to find the one I already had but it had gone missing.
She was only into the looking for around 7 minutes or so when I could hear the loud sound of the wife.
I was laying down because my back and knee are playing up real bad today.

In walks the wife with the just bought book in one hand and the original book in the other hand.
So it looks like I have got 2 of these books now.
Though the wife said she is keeping one for herself.
So it was good but then again we just wasted a little bit of money for no reason.

So you see! Send a book to catch a book! Otherwise, you'd have had NONE for now, and who knows when the other
would have reappeared? Now, where's that Rolex watch I just had on?!?!:D

This was my 1st bird book and the wife actually said it was her who put it away when we got visitors.
She then forgot about it, and then I went on the the facebook pages to our local area and asked for this book.
I wanted it because it has got the best type of pages which can get wet a little.

She picked it up and told the lady that now she had seen it close up that we had the same one but where.
Then she found it. But the book I bough between this is Michael Morecombe Field Guide to Australian Birds.
But they are drawing's and I just found that there was just that little bit missing and I knew the other book had photos.
So now I have got 3 bird guide books, might start to collect them.
