Hi,

I'm new here. Stumbled on the site by luck when searching on Google for some different locations in Brisbane to shoot other than the obvious (Story Bridge etc..)

I'm, what you would call, a beginner although had my DSLR for a number of years now. Just never stepped up to the next level or knew how.

I had an old Nikon D60, stock twin lens kit (18-55 & 55-200); Sigma 10-20 f3.5; Nikon 35mm f1.8. Mainly interested in landscape, night photography and dabble in a bit of HDR but tend to be disappointed with the results.

Welcome to AP, pull up a chair and join in by offering critique on photos posted, spend some time going through the library (http://www.ausphotography.net.au/forum/showlibrary.php) for learning and present some of your images for assessment by other members.
