Hey from Melville, WA

Hey all, my name is Nicole, I am a 27 year old from Melville, Western Australia. I got recommended this site from a mate and finally joined :) I got my first (second hand) DSLR in 2012 and since then I have been hooked. I love taking photos of anything and everything and love learning and improving as I go along. I have been doing mainly landscapes but am starting to learn more about using my flash, macro and also the lighting side of things. As i said before I enjoy learning and finding creative ways to capture images as well as creating an artwork in post processing. I currently have a Canon 6D, Samyang 14mm F2.8, Canon 17-40mm F4, Canon 50mm F1.8, Canon 24-70mm f2.8 (mki), Sigma 105mm F2.8 Macro and Canon 70-300mm L IS USM. Pretty much a different lens for everything, haha. Another reason I love photography is that I get to meet and spend time with other like minded people who can sit and talk hours on end about what they love. I have found the photographic community is very supportive and welcoming so far and am keen to get involved in AP :)
