New to AP

My name is Robert and I live on the Gold Coast.
I've been taking pictures for long time, but only became 'serious' about it roughly 8 years ago.
I currently own a Canon 5D Mk II, 17-40 L series, 70-200 f2.8L IS, Canon flashes, Lee Foundation kit & polariser, Lee & Singh Ray grad filters, & a Feisol carbon tripod with Manfrotto 460MG head.
My passion is for landscapes, but I like to dabble with a bit of architecture and abstracts.
I consider myself as being at an advanced level, but I often surprise myself by making stupid mistakes, and discovering all kinds of new & interesting techniques. i reckon that's one of the great things about photography. You never stop learning.
I'm looking forward to getting some feedback from everyone when I post some shots.
