I was mentioning to a friend of mine who is not a keen photographer about Australia having an aurora mainly seen in Tasmania, He also said that this weekend he had seen a photograph come across his twitter feed of the Aurora in the Northern Hemisphere. I don't know if it is okay to share a link or not these are not my photos so I can only share the link

It seems that to get a spectacular photo you have to go to insane steps I can't see myself drilling a hole in the sea ice to photograph a diver from beneath with the aurora as the background. They are amazing shots and they serve as lessons to what is possible if you dare.

Kind Regards
Livio

Shows a reason for taking photos. We can see things that we wouldn't otherwise.
Really like the first whale photo.
