Sniffle, sneeze, snort all seem ineffective, even though I practise them frequently.

Fair dinkum! My sneezes look something like this:

H:lol:h- H:lol:h - H:lol:h -rrrtchooooohhh!!!

And them I'm left looking like :( or :o

Any remedies, physics, advice, strange tales will be seriously considered.

Drink plenty of water, rub some Vicks Vapour Rub on you chest, put some lavender in your handkerchief and don't come to Mudgee.

Tar, Mark. Ie, it felt like tar in head yesterday. Feeling much better this morning as in not so clogged up.
Am.
