Hi Everyone...
I was just wondering if anyone here from Queensland has done a Lightroom course in Brisbane or on the Gold/Sunshine Coasts that they could recommend?
I've taught myself the basics but know I'm not really even doing some of those properly - and then there's the hundreds of other hidden editing secrets that I'm dying to find out about.
I've looked around on the net and courses vary from 3 hours to 10 hours - and some instructors sound far more passionate than others - so thought a word-of-mouth recommendation from AP would be best.
Thanks in advance,
Amanda

Amanda. I don't know your specific needs for such a course other than you want to go past the basics and "...hundreds of...secrets..." you want to find out about.

Now from the description of the courses you have found on-line, I doubt that they would get you there, as they sound rather short in duration. You would be right
to doubt their usefulness to you. If you did find something even by word-of-mouth from APers, I am wondering if the expense would be justified.

And so, all I can think of is that people on here regularly talk about and recommend You-Tube tutorials, and I wonder if you have found any of these?
Am.

Thanks Am,
I'll have a search around the site and see what Lightroom youtube tutorials people recommend - they'll know far better than me the most important tools to learn I guess!
Appreciate your response - cheers :)

From Lightroom #1 through to #5 - each tutorial goes for about 90 minutes - can't wait!!

You're very funny Am - thanks for all your help :D

I was going to post the link that ATP just did. The american accent gets a bit much but if you get past that the tutorials in the post above ^^ are well worth the time watching. Pause and try it out as you go through them
