I wanted a place dedicated to small "studio" kind of thing.
Its nothing more than a sheet, a curtain rod, and a table underneath.

Next is some wireless flash gear and a softbox.

My daughter-in-law started out pretty much the same way, though she takes portraits and has chair/s for people to sit on. She now has a photo business, takes portraits of families and kids, weddings, dance school portraits, videos.... Though her studio has grown a bit in size, (and she has all the proper lighting/flash) she still uses this same type method in her home, as well as taking it with her to the recitals and such, has different colour sheets.... It's a great start!

My first set of wireless triggers showed up yesterday.
But I needed a second softbox/thingy for the second flash.

BTW; the elcheapo CowboyStudio triggers? they kinda rock.

Was in Aldi today. Spotted some boom microphone stands and thought 'I can do something with these'.
Found some bolts, a touch of (crude) welding and *Ding*

As fun as more creative, you'll be in photo shooting.

If you want a bigger soft box (bigger box = softer light) try using a foam Vege box from the markets. Cut a hole in the short side, and insert flash head, whack a white scrim on it and you've got a pearler for next to nix!

Edit:
Love your boom mic flash stands!
