Topaz Labs are currently having a “Topaz End of Year sale” with 40% off all individual products and bundles, by entering the code "topaz2012" when purchasing on-line.
I purchased the Bundle for Photoshop during a similar sale a couple of years ago and find the plug-ins simple to use and effective. The sale ends on 31st December 2012.
