Welcome to AP. This greyscale test has been discussed several times on the site. Also, are you aware that your course is not from a Registered Training Organisation, and therefore is not a recognised diploma?

Hi Adrine. Welcome to AP. You have posted you first thread correctly into the Introductions forum. But to get help with your Greyscale problem, start a new thread about it in General Help forum.
This is because the Introductions forum is not for solving problems or giving constructive ctritique. Click on the green text below to get to the
General Help Forum (http://www.ausphotography.net.au/forum/forumdisplay.php?21-General-Help)

You'll soon find your way around.

G'day, welcome and hope you hang around AP Adrine.
You have found a good place to ask, learn and participate.
AP even has it's own free photography course right here....http://www.ausphotography.net.au/forum/showlibrary.php?title=Indexes:New_To_Photography_Book

The course provided by a Registered Training Organisation (http://www.training.com.au/pages/menuitem5da6cf923572b888a392e51017a62dbc.aspx) that most people who want a nationally recognised qualification at diploma level is called "Certificate IV in Photo Imaging". You can search for RTO's here (http://training.gov.au/). You can find RTO's who are approved to deliver the Cert IV here (http://training.gov.au/Training/Details/CUV40411)
