Well, I bit the bullet, chewed the cartridge, had duckshot for dessert, and di a CLEAN INSTALL of the latest beta version.

Now I will see how it gets digested.

(Mongo, I will let you know.)

Any thoughts so far?

Yes, Invictus. You asked just about at the right time.

It seems quite stable and fast enough. I have put many of my add-ons back in, except the Yahoo bar, mainly because I was sick of seeing the temperature listed in Fahrenheit instead of Celsius, and the extra buttons I had were not that useful.

Edit: BTW, if you want to keep all your bookmarks and add-ons from the present installation, either DO NOT choose the "complete" (I think) option, or save them.
I did a clean install. That means I made a list of the add-ons, and exported the bookmarks to an html file.
After the complete wipe of old FF and install of the new one, I imported the bookmarks again and re-installed some of the add-ons.

Normally I wouldn't bother either, but I was getting nowhere. I did also try a clean install of V11 before the 12Beta, but to no avail. At least this is holding until the 12 comes out.
