Just starting with Ausphotography

Folks,

I am a lapsed professional photographer from some 20 years ago. Just got myself a Nikon D7000, a few kit lenses and a Nikkor wide angle lens, and am getting back into photography as a hobby.

Things have moved on quite considerably on the technology front, but I trust that the basic fundamentals still hold true. Looking to this forum for honest appraisal and guidence as I get used to thinking and seeing as a photographer again.
