    (with one caveat) get the Tokina 11-16(which he strangely recommends!? ) if you know Ken Rockwell, he has always been anti third party lens, so to hear that he's recommended a non genuine lens over a Nikon lens... well hell just froze over I reckon!
    Forget the limited zoom range. You don't usually get an UWA lens to use it as a WA lens.. 98.79% of your focal length usage will most likely be at 14mm or less anyhow... so you'll find that 16mm is probably too long
