    New MF camera

I got a pentax 6x7 and am loving it. Nice big old camera, and the images are great. Currently can only print upto 5.5cm x 5.5cm of the negative as my enlarger is too small.
Still here is a couple of pictures.

    a couple more pictures.

the small lpl enlarger that i have says it can do 6x6, but even when using the 5.5 x 5.5 negative holder there is significant light loss on the edges. Does anyone know what could cause this?

Please post the photos to the Members Photos forum for critique and comment. The Film forum is to discuss processes, camera's etc. It isnt for posting photos for critique.

No, cause photos are classified by genre, not method of getting them. We classify by genre cause that is the way the pinnacles of photography worldwide are done. Wildlife Photographer of the year, Sport Photographer of the year. They are not film photographer of the year, digital photographer of the year. So post them into the relevant genre.

With the b&w, i think it would be useful to get critique not only from what the picture contains, but also on process and characteristics of the picture specific from the development process. I am not sure you would get that from the regular critique sections.
From the few pictures I have posted here in the past, there was useful feedback in terms of subject as well as different aspects of development that led to the particular image.
Maybe the film people could get a section for photo critique in the members photo section?

If you want specific feedback related to the developing process, post that in your threads. You also can use the title of the thread to provide information that the thread contains film based work. We will not be adding forums based on the capture method to the current member photos forums. As previously explained, they are based on genre.
