    The open window was low down ... so just poked the camera out and held the shutter button down - more or less.

    Yes I did look around - but mainly tried to get as many shots as possible. Anton was the same I think, he was front left (next to pilot), I was back right, Nel with P&S was Left back seat.

    I've been looking at the raws in LR and about 50% are ok, and 10% are really good (out of 500)

    It was very spur of the moment.
    Nel and I had planned to do something due to our 30th anniversay in Jan.
    We had thought about a hot air ballon ride or chopper ride; but had not settled on what.
    The weather was spot on and the chopper was there so we decided to go and then Anton decided to join us - totally worthwhile!

    Wow!! Hi Kym, I was at Cradle Mountain a few weeks back and have a shot of the boat house in My365 Challenge. This shot gives a totally different perspective. Great composition.
