Focus of a different kind - This is how to play rock!

Anyone remember the Dutch band, Focus? Prepare to be educated youngsters!

How good are these guys, simply stunningly good musicians? This is Focus performing their hit Hocus Pocus live on NBC's Midnight Special in 1973. Apparently, legend has it, they were offered the gig but only if they could perform the normally 6minute 43second song in under 4:30 and they obliged with a furiously fast version that has to be seen to be believed. Watch Jan Akkerman on guitar, WOW! and classicly trained Thijs van Leer do his yodelling, whistling, play the organ and his amazing antics, Colin Allen is a wizz on the drums. These guys had to be on drugs!!

Play it loud and be rewarded with a music feast for your ears!
