Yep, bashing the desk repeatedly with a D3 will kill any desk pretty quickly.

Why go and buy a Canon, it is a new desk that he needs.

put it in the microwave for a blast.... That`l kill the little critter.....

And a glass of water in there at the same time. It worked for wood bugs in timber...

Well, prob more accurately betwen the glass protector (is there one) and the LCD, I think, though I don't know exactly how that fits together, it might be my imagination, in strong light the LCD looks to have dark spider trails and I couldve been halucinating but I think I saw a little bug scurry across the LCD last weekend

Is this feasible or do I need a different prescription ?

Yep, more info needed, if it has 8 legs it is an arachnid (spider --- for the unzed affiliates) and if it has 10 legs it is quite simple --- you have crabs --- or at least one.
