It was pretty cool Lani ..... the autumn time in Paris averages about 10 degrees during the day and a lot colder at night obviously. We had one or two days where it was well below 10 !!

It got warmer as we headed south to the Riviera ... pictures to come soon

yea ..... I really like #1 as well.

Yea it was a great trip ... Europe is a fantastic place to visit. Autumn time in Paris is spectacular, albeit a little chilly

Thanks for sharing, some very nice photos. I'm heading over there in 2 weeks for a white Christmas. I see you're a fan of "Mr Mojo Risin" too, one of the must do's on my list.

Aaaahhhhhh !!!! that brings back our memories. When we lived in England a few years back nuoz2 Paul surprised me with a visit to Paris... Loved it so much I could live their. I see the prices of the pastries haven't changed. The dearest pastry we bought was 4 Euros 50 at the Bastille, but we didn't find snails. Post as many as you like we will love them.
    thank you

Very nice pics. As Paris was only 360 Km away from my "old" homeland, Belgium, I visited it on a regular base and autumn is certainly the best time to visit. Wished I could be there again.

Love Paris !!! and love your photos, especially number 2, great perspective and colours of the autumn leaves.
I also like the one of your picnic with the baguette and cheese.

What a fabulous place Paris is ! These are a wonderful set of images and will be fond memories for you both.
BTW, was the Security Guard still standing beside Jim Morrisons grave ? Did you ask him why he was there ? Amazing story there

    great set Dazza.

I notice you have a shot of the Mona Lisa. I'll be there in a few weeks and I'm thinking of slippingg into the Luver Lourve the art gallery for a half a day. I was only thinking this morning how it would be unlikely that photography would be allowed. So is it possible, or did you sneak a quick pic in?

I'm not sure if the rules have changed recently - but I was there in 2008 and cameras, even SLRs were not a problem. No tripods though obviously. Have fun, its a beautiful city. Oh and Daz - and awesome awesome set - so many great angles and quality is top notch.

Thanks mate. Paris is an incredible place and Ill definitely go back one day.

Cameras are allowed into The Louvre, but no tripods and no flash. The only place where I found that cameras were absolutely forbidden was in The Sistene Chapel in The Vatican. But of course, I found a way .. pictures to come
