As others have mentioned, most of those are just personal preference.

Be aware though that CCleaner isn't really an application "remover". It will do that (in the "Tools" page) but that just does the same thing as removing the program via the normal Windows option. CCleaner can help tidy things up after removing a program by using its registry cleaning tools, but if you aren't sure about some of these options then it's probably safer to leave those alone.
