Outstanding work Anton. I admire the depth and detail of advice, supported with example photographs. It reflects your level of experience and skill. You have used links to further detailed specialist information effectively, so the flow is not interrupted for readers who don't require the detail.

Incredibly in-depth and thorough article. I didn’t get to read it all, but you seem to have all bases covered.

If I’m being 100% honest, though, I believe you can nail everything you said perfectly, to the letter, but if you have poor to average, even only good PP skills, you’re still not going to get the results you desire when it comes to shooting seascapes in the best light.

I really liked all the photos you used in the article, particularly the first. They show a very high level of PP mastery.

I’d love to see an article on the PP processes you use, lol. Next assignment?

But yeah, really nice, comprehensive work. I have no doubt you’ll make many smiles occur with your efforts.

thanks a lot, Ross! I tried to make it as practical as possible without too much confusing details.

Geoff, totally agree. Editing has always been harder for me and took more time to learn. You have a good intuition as I'm thinking about some editing videos... However, I'm not sure should it be videos or text. Photoshop instructions text would be hard to read. I do provide online editing master classes, but in Russian as it's my first language. But I believe it's inevitable anyway Thanks

Yeah, I think in-depth editing info for photoshop can only really be done in video form. Getting into the finer details of editing in text format would be quite complex, I imagine. Unless you’d have step by step diagrams and screen prints. A video would sure be a lot easier.

    What a great guide!

It is beautifully presented and set out, so it makes easy reading. The photos used to illustrate points are all excellent and a pleasure to look at. I would recommend it to anyone even vaguely interested in seascapes.

My only negative comment is to perhaps get a proof reader to go over it. There is the odd spelling and grammatical error, which is a shame in such a well presented article.

thanks, Keith, really happy with your comment

farmmax, I agree. I did my best with fixing all the errors (using jetpack, grammarly and common sense) but it appears it still requires some work. I'll have another look, thank you!

    LPlates, thanks!
