Focus Magic is good if you've got a soft or slight OOF or motion-blurred image and you want to fix it. I was surprised to see that it was developed in NZ. http://www.focusmagic.com/index.htm

Thanks for these. I've been using PS for years but only recently for photo editing. Didn't even stop to think about using plug-ins :/
OnOne software have a tools suite and a frame suite that you can download for free. They are easy to use and sit in their own area in Photoshop.
