Hi.
I shall try to come also.
If you are looking for a venue, may I suggest Rodd Park.
Near Drumoyne/Five dock.
It would be nice for water/boat(ish) and skyline pictures.
It is also close to that bridge.... near Birken Head.
Thanks Mr Felix - will keep the venue in mind when we finally decide where we will hold the meet. We have another month yet to make up our minds.

I think this is a great idea. I can't make it at the moment as I am taking things easy at the moment. I would DEFINITELY be up for a zoo trip at the end of the year - I have a guest pass for someone else to get free entry in, plus cheaper parking, but I'm out for awhile. Hope you enjoy your outing!!
hi Guys Have a great night on the 30th! As I said before I can't come on that date so will have to wait until the next one!
I am very new to AP but keen to be involved. Unfortunately I can't make 30th though. Look forward to future dates.
You would be most welcomed Bulley61 - we are a very friendly bunch and we all learn from each other. There are a few of us that live in the Kellyville/Castle Hill area and we often car pool to our meets - always good to have another driver on board.
We usually average one meet a month/2 x months so keep an eye on this forum for future meets. Pity you can't make this one.
Hi all,
I'll be coming from thornleigh area if anyone wants a lift.
Hallo everyone,
looks like I have also time on that WE.
I would also like to join in!
It would be nice to put some Faces to the name !
Cheers Klaus!
It's great to see some of you new members joining in.
I am off work ATM so its a big maybe!
Hey Everyone.........It looks like I can make it on the 30th after all!!
Hubby now has to fly to Denmark for work that week so I will be celebrating my wedding anniversary alone.....I may as well come along and join in the festivities!!
Good news Karen - we'll celebrate it with you!
It looks like it is going to be an evening shoot of City Lights but I have yet to think of where we should go, so if anybody has suggestions please post them here very soon.
So far we have suggestions of:
Darling Harbour, The Rocks, Mrs Macquarie's Chair, Kirribili Point.
I am thinking maybe Darling Harbour might be interesting and we could meet and have dinner beforehand within the area.
Having dinner somewhere beforehand is very appealing to me as !
sounds good to us
Sounds good. Did you know there is a hoopla festival on at Darling Harbour that weekend?

Olympus Pen F with Metabones Speed Booster and Laowa 12mm f/2.8 or Voigtlander 10.5mm f/0.95 or Nikon D800 with the Laowa 12mm f/2.8. The need to keep in touch with the past is a Nikon Photomic FTn or Nikon F2A and a Nikkor 25-50mm f/4 AI
I didn't know that Pete......so do you think we should give the area a miss if thee is going to be big crowds?
We've been down there on a previous Hoopla festival weekend. Yes it's busy but so are most Darling harbour weekends. Definitely events taking place which could be photographed. May need to book somewhere to eat that's all or have a picnic :-) with bubbles as there's lots to celebrate

If we go to Darling Harbour I will probably park at the Cinema Center Car Park.
Just let me know where and when to meet you.
Karen, we will have to try and do a nice anniversary portrait for you.
