Mine is a bit crazy. It's actually my name, and the year I was born (because someone had already stolen... uh, I mean taken the name "Geoff").
Craziness, right?
I was enthralled with the Apollo space program as a child and just added the year I was born to the end of it.
My name came from my real name...Sarah, which is very rarely used unless in a formal setting (or I'm in trouble!). My brother used to call me Sarsparilla and Sars (which was okay until 2003 hit), but now Sezzy or Sez is what I'm normally called...it's kind of stuck.

Well, it has been over a year and we have had many a newbie coming into AP....and once again I look at their name and wonder how they came up with their name????
Please do tell ....
I used to chat in one of the old Bigpond chat rooms in the 90's, and in conversation I mentioned that my motorbike was my only means of transport.
I posted a pic and somebody commented that I looked like a true blue biker, and that was what the other chatters called me.
It got shortened to trublubiker and here I am.

Not very original I'm afraid. My proper, grown-up name is Michelle but only my Mum and Brother call me that.
Shelly is what the rest of my friends/family call me and I was born in November 1970, hence 1170.
I don't think I'll use that system ... I'd have to put "BC" after mine .....

well ok then lol its another name some people know me as 'drake' the xx is something my step sister teached me that if you put xx in front and behind the name it is more likely that no one els has that name on a website/ forum so there i eplaned it lol wear did you get the duck idear from lol
