I have this lovely shot of Honey but I used the flash and we have golden eye! All the gold strands and the pupil should be black. I tried using the color replacement tool to no effect. Anyone know how to use it?

If you have lightroom, use the TAT tool

Don't have it Rick. I have PS, Aperture (although I don't use it much), and Capture One 6
not sure if aperture has a similar thing, but TAT in lightroom lets you put a 'dot' over a part of your photo, then adjust that part of the photo based on colour, brightness, saturation etc, and it only applies to the part of the photo the dot is over, thus not affecting the rest of the image at all.
