Done , start the ideas coming I've made the start
Seeing that I live in the Gold Coast Hinterland I'm coming to your party William. Thinking cap is on. I take it it's either the 2nd or the 3rd and not a two day event?
My suggestion is afternoon surfing lessons from Bill. Followed by a bon fire and all night drinkies on the beach. Come on people when was the last time you woke up hung over on a beach somewhere.
Or maybe Currumbin Bird Sanctuary ?

Speaking to Bill this afternoon and we would like suggestions of where everyone would like to hold our meet.
A few suggestions to start it off:
Currumbin
Duranbah
The Sand Pumping Jetty/ The Spit
Fingal
Hinterland
Waterfalls
Please post your thoughts on where you would like to go so we can work out what we are going to do

As a Gold Coaster i would love to come. Perhaps as suggested an early shoot followed by break
fast - maybe we can go to Kirra / Currumbin and book breakfast at Kirra SLSC, it's right on the sea.

Hi Guys and Gals,
What about sunrise on the beach/Currumbin at 530-630am, breakfast somewhere then to waterfalls (mt Tamborine/Springbrook/o'reilys or currmbin rock pools?)- finish around lunch with Lunch option?

I can do sunrise
Watching this thread with interest. I haven't really ventured into landscape photography, so this might be a good opportunity to learn something new. Early morning fogs and sunrises might present some great shots.
