An older newbie!

Returning to this site after a long absence, life got in the way!
Have recently acquired a Canon 450D with a couple of stock lenses.
Served me very well on a recent concert tour trip to China.

Have also acquired a Vivitar 2x -22 tele converter which I would like to
try out, but am having difficulties identifying the adapter I need.
I have a Pentax PK to Canon EF adapter so I can connect the TC to my 450D body.
What I am now looking for is an adapter that allows me to connect my EFS lens
to the front end of the TC. I believe that means I need an adapter that connects
an EFS lens to a Pentax PK 'body'. Where would I start looking for such a beast?
