I done a little research on this place prior and actually found the sealed up mine shafts.
The Glebe burrial ground. Only a few headstones and crypts but pretty old and full of emotion. - http://www.maitland.nsw.gov.au/Herit...meteries/Glebe
Thats about all i have atm, keen to find some more though
