    Thanks KeeFy... forwarding this to my wife to justify the 1Dx purchase. (just kidding)

    But yes - this is exactly why I started photography - recording the moments in still image with my family, or certain subject/time/place/event.

    With a grand baby on the way this year I think after reading this I may put learning portraiture skills down as a must do. Very touching story.
