airbrushing, touchups...

can someone reccomend an easy to use airbrush, touchups softeware that is relatively cheap? for portraits etc. just for those that want to look thinner etc. ive been trialing portrait prefessional,. please let me know if anyone has the full version and if they like it.

I use the 64 bit pro version of Portrait Professional and really recommend it to pros and amateurs who need to do touch ups and airbrushing in an efficient manner - without spending hours doing layers and masking on CS. Have used it before for commercial work and magazine printing and editors/clients have not complained about it at all.
